The three day ITIL Foundation training course is your starting point. Holding this certificate is a prerequisite for attending all higher levels of ITIL training. It gives you a great overview of all the key areas within ITIL and most importantly, we’ll show you how to actually start using ITIL straight away. For extra real-world practice, you can attend the ITIL Practitioner course in the two days after your ITIL Foundation.

Once you’ve passed your ITIL Foundation, ITIL offers two intermediate paths for you to choose from – Lifecycle and Capability. The ITIL Lifecycle path lets you work through each area of ITIL where the ITIL Capability offers you a blend of ITIL skills to support each IT job roles, such as Service Desk Manager.
